"Nature is the art of God" Dante
The artistic beauty found in nature is inherent and is not directed by the hand of man. It is available to all who take the time to seek it out. The images in this gallery are of simple often-overlooked natural elements that reflect this beauty and call attention to the more intimate side of nature. Further, as Guy Tai states “it is the artist’s prerogative not to just document beauty, but also to create it- to make things beautiful that may not have been considered by a casual observer.” This is at the heart of my work, hopefully I have succeeded which will bring much needed attention to the ever shrinking natural world. And that these images will bring a bit of calm and peace to our busy complicated lives.
